Functional Description

The BLDC PWM generator has been specially developed for the control of BLDC motors. It is designed for use in control cabinets. A special feature is the integrated control of the H-bridge power outputs with which BLDC motors with position sensors can be controlled fully automatically.

All settings can be made via CAN high-speed interface (automotive CAN 500K). For the control of motors that require a control algorithm, the BLDC PWM generator supports position feedback of sensors (0 – 5V). For the future, a SENT interface is integrated on the software side, which can be switched over and which is Adaptation of parameters with a wide range of motors can communicate with SENT sensors.

Due to an integrated learning mode, the limit positions of the actuator can easily be identified. The operating state of the actuator on the test bench can be monitored at any time using the integrated sum current measurement.
