Intelligent Test Stands for the Automotive Industry
Modern cars have become "rolling computer networks". Numerous control units with sophisticated software assist the driver, but also demand accurate test systems with powerful and flexible software tools.
PAtools is the answer to this challenge: a modular software suite with configurable components for test parameterization, sequential flow control and data management. With PAtools, the test stand becomes part of the corporate IT-infrastructure and an integral part of the development process.
Adaptive procedures optimize engine maps and shorten test cycles. Automotive components not yet available are simulated using real-time models.
As a turnkey solution provider we plan and implement test stands for engines, transmissions, turbochargers, catalytic converters or chassis components as well as chassis dynamometers for the entire vehicle. Our experienced project teams support you during the automation or modernization of your existing test systems or planning of your next-generation test stands.
Solutions for Transportation and Logistics Service Providers
The Logistics Automation division at KRATZER AUTOMATION supplies cadisTRANSPORT – the operative TMS – for the optimization of planning, execution and analysis of all operative work processes for freight transport.
For over ten years we have been offering transportation companies and logistic service providers added value through the automation of work flows with our software suite cadisTRANSPORT. Our experienced specialists act as consultants and partners to our customers and add their extensive know-how gained from projects professionally implemented with companies like TNT Express, DB Schenker and DHL.
cadisTRANSPORT is a modular software suite comprised of a control center for the dispatcher, a flexible host interface, mobile telecommunication via GSM/GPRS and applications written for mobile devices with scanners (Pocket PCs).
cadisTRANSPORT is continuously developed and follows the requirements of the transportation market.
Solutions for the Electronics Manufacturing Industry
The vision of completely integrated and optimized production processes is the driving force behind our intraFACTORY software suite. It connects the production layer in a company to the world of commercial IT-Systems.
Order management, product traceability and material management on the production floor are some of the major functions implemented in intraFACTORY. Interfaces to ERP-Systems (e.g. SAP R/3), to machine controls and production systems (e.g. via OPC) are proof for the high level of connectivity of intraFACTORY.
An open database interface allows further tools for scheduling, QC or maintenance to be implemented.
